SAIF BIN HARITH BIN SURAY JABIRI

He is one of the young martyrs of Kerbala. In 'Ziarat-e-Rajabiyya' his name appears as Shubaib bin Harith. He and his cousin Malik bin Abdullah came from Koofa and joined Imam Hussain (A.S) at Kerbala. On 10th Moharram when Hunzala bin Qais was martyred and the enemy was getting closer to the camps, they came in front of Imam (A.S) and seeked permission to fight. Both of them went to the battlefield and got martyred. They were both maternal and paternal cousins. In some books name of Saif bin Hirth also appears but perhaps he is same as Saif bin Harith.
